Digital products, including subscriptions and picks packages, are non-refundable once access is granted or the content is delivered, regardless of usage or results[blacklistunion +1]. In rare circumstances, if an error occurs with your order or if you are mistakenly charged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period cannot be considered.
